Holding a Degree in Psychology and a passion for people, I have enjoyed many successful years in the recruitment industry where I have made great contacts and managed to develop some exceptional skills all while continuing to learn. I believe in quality over quantity. I provide my clients with the most qualified candidates to fit their unique environment, while saving them time and money. I specialize in identifying top talent and exposing them to the top organizations within their fields. My talents lie in my exceptional ability to identify, evaluate and coach outstanding individuals to assist in furthering their careers.
Along with traditional career coaching I have had the pleasure of beings introduced to an exceptional and unique tool for assets assessments. This is a great addition to my career coaching toolbox. Once your passion is lit your path becomes more clear. I assist you in not only uncovering these passions but in tying them to the most appropriate direction.
In addition to my continued success assisting people professionally in their careers, I have also enjoyed much success personally through volunteer work with agencies and charities alike. My desire to continually grow and learn drove me to become certified in Mediation for Professionals. Not only did this sharpen my negotiation and people skills, it further prepared me to assist people in dealing with a variety of disputes they may face. The need for a third party professional to assist in finding a “collaborative” solution to your conflict is real.
